I'll can can over France!!!!

France fascinates me...... it is such a place of granduer... a place of sophistication... Paris is such a romantic place... oh mee gosh...

I am working for a French multinational company, and I am blessed to travel to Paris every now and then... It is such a good experience... very classical.. and romantic...

In the coming days.. I'll be posting articles of places in France.. in Paris.. and in suburbs that you should try to see if you're going to visit the country..

For now.. I'll give you a background about France...

France is about 80% the size of Texas. In the Alps near the Italian and Swiss borders is western Europe's highest point—Mont Blanc (15,781 ft; 4,810 m). The forest-covered Vosges Mountains are in the northeast, and the Pyrénées are along the Spanish border. Except for extreme northern France, the country may be described as four river basins and a plateau. Three of the streams flow west—the Seine into the English Channel, the Loire into the Atlantic, and the Garonne into the Bay of Biscay. The Rhône flows south into the Mediterranean. For about 100 mi (161 km), the Rhine is France's eastern border. In the Mediterranean, about 115 mi (185 km) east-southeast of Nice, is the island of Corsica (3,367 sq mi; 8,721 sq km).

Reposting: Trip to Caleruega

I love Caleruega. For me, it is one of the most tranquil and peaceful place I've ever been. You'll have enough space and time to be with your inner self and to reflect on things that came your way.

Every time we go to Tagaytay, we always place in our itinerary a visit to Caleruega... So are you familiar with Caleruega?

If you're thinking that it is a small town in Castile-Leon Spain, you might be right... but here in the Philippines, it is the Domican run Retreat place in the heart of Batulao Batangas. It is less than an hour drive from Tagaytay through Nasugbu and going to Batulao.

It's a place of retreat and solace... of green grass and tall trees... It is a haven for flowers and lush pines. There is a main hall where offices, front desk, gift shop, and a koi pond are located... there is also a big cafeteria for those people having their retreat... a number of function rooms and lodging ...

But my most favorite place is the church... it's a small chapel just above the hill.... in fact it lives on to the phrase "A Trek to Heaven", because you have to climb the steps just to reach the church.....

There is also the trek down the hill where wood carvings of the rosary mysteries are depicted. along the way flowers and plants bloom to freshen you up of the journey.. there are also small "see-saws" for rest or picture taking.

In the end of the road there are ponds, treks, and parks where you can rest before returning back. You'll really love dropping by here.... Below is a slide show about the place, I got this on their website... Please do watch it.. :)

My First Post... it's travel time

Traveling is my one way of revitalizing my senses.. It somehow removes the stress in my veins... it gives me the extra drive to look forward in the future...

In the recent years, I've been to difference places.. to different countries.. and i think it's time to go back in those times... and rekindle the memories... and somehow share it with you guys..

it's my way of thanking God for all the blessings He showered on me and at the same time help you decide where to go.. or just simple give you a virtual ride of your life...

so pack your bags.... and let's go for the ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
